Get your tickets now!  Snow White and the 7 Superheroes- this one time only show at the Plaza Auditorium, Brisbane Convention Centre Merivale St, South Brisbane from 7pm on Saturday 22nd November 2014!

Brisbane Family Law Centre has proudly presented our annual Charity Pantomime event for the last four years, raising funds for various community organisations.

The 2010 “Underbelly: Keep it in the Family” Panto and 2011 “Peter Pan: The Pirate Panto” raised funds for the SANDBAG (the Sandgate and Bracken Ridge Action Group) Domestic Violence unit.  Over these two years a total of $20,000 was donated.

In 2012 BFLC supported the Melanoma Research being undertaken by QIMR (the Qld Institute of Medical Research) after the loss of a colleague to Melanoma. The 2012 “Wild Wild West Panto: Fifty shades of Cowboy” raised over $15,000 towards this very worthy cause.

The 2013 Pantomime was held on Saturday 19 October, with over $16,000 being donated to Aunties & Uncles Queensland – a wonderful mentoring program for vulnerable and disadvantaged children. Thank you, as always, to the cast, crew, sponsors & helpers for the annual event – we couldn’t do it without you.

The annual Brisbane Family Law Centre charity Panto is on again and this year over 60 of your colleagues will be performing the never before seen (or perhaps again…) “Snow White and the Seven Superheroes”– a tale of love, mystery and heartbreak!
All profits raised from this year’s event will be donated to Mercy International. Created by Brisbane couple, Rob and Jean Dunk, Mercy International was established to provide much needed assistance to disadvantaged children in Thailand. Over the last 20 years, Rob and Jean have established children’s homes, schools and agricultural programs all over Thailand. With more than 1 million children in need of special protection, whether it be as a result of being orphaned, suffering from HIV/ AIDS, homelessness, disability or simply being born without registration, Mercy International provide vital services for the children of Thailand. This year at BFLC we want to support the valuable work done by Rob and Jean Dunk in making a difference to the lives of children in Thailand.

We are excited to announce that the money raised through the 2014 BFLC Pantomime will go directly towards the development of a Trade School at Phetchabun. This school will provide children with fundamental skills to gain employment within their community and an opportunity to live the life they have always dreamed. To build the school Mercy International need at least $20,000. We hope that with your support, this year’s pantomime will enable this important project to get well underway.
