Mediation Pathway–  This pathway helps to open the communication lines so that you and your former spouse are in control of the outcome whilst still maintaining a level of respect for each other. This style of negotiating is one of the most common ways we resolve matters on a final basis. It does not require attendance at Court. It is completely confidential. It usually results in a legally binding agreement. And the best bit? It has a really high success rate!
